The British Institute of Homeopathy is dedicated to the development of classical homeopathy through distance education.

The Institute is committed to the classical precepts of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of homeopathy, and to its consolidation as an internationally renowned center of learning.

Students are never alone in their studies. Faculty are always available to answer questions, provide feedback, grade assignments and examinations, and support students through their program of study. Online study groups are available and encouraged for students to expand their experience and “meet” other students.

Our faculty are highly respected healthcare practitioners in private practice all over the world.

Our Practitioner’s Program qualifies our students for the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC) examination which they then become Classical Certified Homeopaths (CCH). BIH has a greater than 75% average of students passing the CHC exam on their first attempt.

BIH graduates have become successful professionals all over the world, active in client practice, research, writing, and teaching.  

However, it doesn’t stop there. The British Institute of Homeopathy also offers several other elective courses including the Clinical Nutrition Course, Herbology and Herbal Medicine, and other courses of interest.

Medical doctors and nurses can also benefit from the BIH. Our course, Clinical Homeopathy for the Health Care Professional: Acute Prescribing Program is an introduction to the Homeopathic approach to health care and awards 40 credit hours of continuing medical education.
